Mr Asad Ullah Khan

Executive Director

Mr. Asad Ullah Khan serves as a director and sponsor of Oriental Securities (Pvt.) Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree and has partially completed the ACCA qualification. A co-founding member of the Company since its inception in 2001, Mr. Khan brings extensive experience in trading and sales within the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) market. He has built a reputation for his deep understanding of market dynamics and his ability to navigate complex trading environments.

In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, Mr. Khan is instrumental in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met with personalized and professional service.

Certified in Fundamentals of Capital Markets, Stock Brokers' Certification, and Pakistan’s Market Regulations from the Institute of Financial Markets of Pakistan, Mr. Khan’s vast industry knowledge and hands-on experience continues to drive the Company’s success in a rapidly evolving market.

Mr. Naveed Ullah Khan serves as the Executive Director of Oriental Securities (Pvt.) Limited, where he combines his academic excellence, regulatory expertise, and passion for innovation to drive the company’s strategic and operational success.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a specialization in Finance and Management from the University of Waterloo, Canada, and an LLB Honours degree from the University of London, UK. Additionally, he holds Professional Diploma in Taxation and Diploma in Accounting & Finance from the Pakistan Institute of Management, Karachi.

Mr. Khan brings a wealth of experience in compliance, administration, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring that the Company adheres to the highest standards of governance and operational efficiency.
