Details of Penal Action taken by Exchange & SECP against the Brokerage Firm
Presently there is no penal action(s) pending against OSL
Executive Directors, Adjudication Department – I, SECP vide its Order dated 10-03-2020 had imposed a penalty of Rs. 0.25 M for violation of certain Regulations of AML & CFT Regulations, 2018. This order was appealed against. The Appellate Bench of SECP disposed of our Appeal (No. 23 of 2020) vide their order dated 19-08-2024 and reduced the penalty to Rs. 0.1 M only.
