Oriental Securities Private Limited (OSL) is a dynamic organization engaged in buying, selling and dealing in “securities” including stocks, transferable shares, scrips, modarba certificates, notes, debentures, debenture stocks, participation term certificates, bonds, investment contracts, exchange-traded funds, forward or futures contracts, etc. listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) (formerly Karachi Stock Exchange Ltd.).

OSL besides being a TRE Certificate (No. 148) Holder of Pakistan Stock Exchange Ltd. is also a licensed Trading & Self-Clearing Broker of SECP for carrying on the activities of dealing in securities and carrying on such other activities as are permissible by PSX. It has a state of the art. I.T. infrastructure providing access to its clients spread throughout Pakistan.

Though OSL was incorporated on 25-06-2001 yet the sponsor family, is in Stock Brokerage business since 1984. Starting as a member Lahore Stock Exchange (G) Ltd., the sponsors have maintained a high standard of commercial honour and integrity till date. With heritage of thousands of satisfied clients, the family acquired the membership of Karachi Stock Exchange (G) Ltd. in 1992. Since then, the organization has continued to serve its clientele with great dedication and maximum transparency.

OSL has a paid-up capital of Pak Rs. 35.028 million divided into Shares of Rs. 10/- each. The directors, who are also shareholders of the Company take keen interest in affairs of the Company.
